A Chinese man is suing a taxi motorbike rider after he fell off a bike and broke his penis while watching pornography on his phone..
The man, identified by as, Yu, decided to keep himself entertained with pornography,while taking a ride with another passenger on the bike.
The cause of the fall was when the motorcyclist went over a speed bump,causing Yu to fall off the back because he had no balance
According to The Shangist,Yu damaged the tissue around his penis and has suffered erectile dysfunction.
He is now trying to sue the driver for $65,000
